Written consent
First, you sign a form that states what the avatar and voice may be used for, for how long, and how to ask for them to be deleted.

A short recording
You record a few minutes talking to the camera, in good light and without noise. Our team guides you through it.

Scripts you approve
Every video starts with a script. Nothing is generated or posted without your OK.

Labeled as made with AI
When the platform asks for it, the video is posted with the made-with-AI label.

We need from you
One person from your business to approve each step, plus your business details, such as prices and hours. When we need to get into one of your accounts, you invite us through Google or Instagram itself. We never ask for passwords.

What owners ask.
Can someone use my avatar without my knowledge?
Not through Lotaloja. The avatar only produces videos from scripts you approve, and the consent form says how to have it deleted.
Can I create a clone of an employee?
Only with that person’s own written consent. Without it, we do not do it.
Does the video say it was made with AI?
Yes, whenever the platform asks for the label. Instagram, Facebook and other networks have their own rules for AI-generated or AI-altered content.
